1. Acceptance of terms

By using ir35guide.co.uk (the “site”), you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The calculator and all content on this site are for informational and illustrative purposes only. They do not constitute:

• recommendations as to your IR35 status or how you should structure your affairs

3. Accuracy and estimates

We aim to use current HMRC rates and thresholds, but:

• the calculator produces estimates only and may not reflect your actual position
• rates, thresholds and law change; we do not guarantee the site is up to date at all times
• we do not warrant that the site is error-free or complete

You use the calculator and any results at your own risk.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
• we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect, consequential or financial loss) arising from your use of the site or reliance on it
• we do not accept liability for decisions you make based on the calculator or site content

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
